Education material on TES "British Gothic Monsters in East Asian Culture: Ideas to Kick-start Reading and Viewing" by Sarah Olive and me (originally created as of December 2016) has been updated.

This is an annotated bibliography with examples of British Gothic Monsters (e.g. Frankenstein, Dracula) in East Asian culture (e.g. comics, anime, film and music in Japan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China).

This update reflects our research with the funding from Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation (Daiwa Foundation Awards) and University of York (Research Priming Fund).
